After more than 18 years of experience in real estate investment and close to 12 years of valuation practice, Sylvain Savignac has developed a recognized expertise in valuation for financing, asset sharing and asset management purposes of industrial and commercial properties, office buildings, residential real estate development projects, campgrounds, gas station, car dealerships, etc. Being also involved in various committees within the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, Sylvain is also a reference in the field.
