Bio
Born and raised in New York City and attending the prestigious Nightingale-Bamford School, Cleo Lettry Vauban was surrounded by real estate and business from a young age. Before attending University both abroad in Switzerland at Franklin College and then in New Orleans at Tulane University, Cleo obtained her Real Estate License the day she turned eighteen. Upon completing her B.S. in Business Management at Tulane University, Cleo went straight to work as a member of her family's top-grossing Mika Sakamoto Team at Sotheby's International Realty in New York.
In 2015, Cleo made the move to Los Angeles, CA and joined Douglas Elliman as a Senior Sales Associate on the $1B METROPOLIS new development project in Downtown Los Angeles, by Greenland USA - selling to both domestic and international investors and buyers.
In 2017, Cleo branched out to start her own real estate development firm, Hermitage Real Estate LLC; with a focus on income property development, from raising capital and planning, to the renovation, design, renting and eventual sale of properties, Hermitage Real Estate offers a 360 degree approach to real estate investment. In addition to Hermitage Real Estate, Cleo owns Hermitage Home Goods, a small fair-trade global home decor and antiques store in Silver Lake, CA.
