This hard-working team is passionate about fulfilling the mission and vision of the company. In 1999, Monte and Lisa Froehlich purchased K & C management, a real estate management company that was founded in 1970 by Karl Witt. The name of this company was changed to eliminate the assumed relationship with Kansas City and the scope of services expanded. In May 2005, U.S. Property moved its headquarters from a residential area to downtown Lincoln in order to allow the company to grow, to establish a commercial presence in the community, and to highlight their ability to develop and manage mixed-use property.
