Associate brokers Sally Blom and Maddy Tousignant became co-owners of Stephens in 1983, and over the years we have partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens™ and GMAC Real Estate™ franchises. In 2009 we celebrated our 30th anniversary by returning to our roots as an independent real estate brokerage.
