The firm has been established in Leicester in various forms since the 1800’s. Originally, forming part of Spencers Estate Agency chain which dates from 1846 and subsequently merged with Druce which was established during1822. Up to the 1980’s the firm remained independent and became part of larger institutions during the takeovers prevalent during this time and was incorporated within National Network Practices over this period. Subsequently, the firm reverted back to an Independent Local Practice during the early 1990’s and merged with Naylor Parkes Chartered Surveyors in 2004. The firm provides advice on commercial properties primarily in the East Midlands region with in-house Chartered Surveyors and administration support staff.
