Bob Richardson formed the beginnings of the partnership back in 1972, establishing itself as a company of integrity and vision. Bill Kleiber and Jim Walter later joined the company, forming Richardson Kleiber Walter. The Partnership expanded services to South Sarasota and Manatee County, quickly becoming the area leader in commercial/industrial sales and leasing, property management and development. Jeff Button is now the broker-owner of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button Inc carrying on the legacy of excellence in commercial and industrial real estate. The vision today remains the same as when the company was formed – continue to build on the foundation of honesty, knowledge and integrity as well as always deliver excellent customer service.
