RCR was founded in 1989 by Michelle Rich Goode. Previously, Michelle worked for Highwoods, a national office REIT, and saw an opportunity to advise occupiers in their pursuit of securing corporate real estate. Michelle’s work ethic, persistence and impressive skill in forming and cultivating relationships started the foundation that has allowed RCR to participate on local, national, and global transactions.
