We’re an agency with its roots firmly embedded in the West Bridgford and Nottingham property market. Our hands-on directors are the brother and sister duo of Chloe and Dan Gooding, who are third-generation estate agents. The Gooding family first started helping people buy, sell, rent and let property in the 1930s when Chloe and Dan’s grandfather, Charles, opened his own agency. Charles successfully sold the business, but in 1988, his son (and the dynamic duo’s father), Rex, opened Rex Gooding Estate Agents. Dan and Chloe took over from their father when he retired and have ensured the family focus of our agency has remained strong. From the very beginning of the agency, more than 90 years ago, they have always maintained family values within the business. That’s one of the keys to their longevity.
