Quadrate Development was founded in 1984 by brothers with a dream. The founder’s Antonio and the late Egidio (“Gino”) and Robert D’Agostini had a vision to build the finest industrial/commercial facilities in the industry. Incorporated in 1994, Quadrate Development, LLC and its related entities were created to purchase and develop real estate primarily in Southeast Michigan. The firm currently owns and manages more than 50 industrial and commercial properties in southeast Michigan, ranging from 2,600 square feet up to over 115,000 square feet. The space is leased by a variety of tenants who range from small businesses with less than 20 employees to publicly-traded companies. Quadrate Construction, LLC’s mission statement is simple: to provide the same level of service it expects for its own portfolio of properties.
