Established as a commercial real estate company in 1989, OMC continues to manage a portfolio of commercial office, retail and industrial properties mixed with residential properties in the greater East Bay area. They also provide brokerage, maintenance, construction management, and development services. The key to their longevity is the on-going relationships they have established with clients. Many of these clients have been with them for over 10 years--some since Oakridge began in 1989.
