Mericle was founded in 1985 by Wilkes-Barre native Robert Mericle, and has become one of the most accomplished developers of industrial, flex, office, and medical space on Pennsylvania’s I-78/I-81 Corridor. Altogether, Mericle has developed more than 28 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office space in Northeastern Pennsylvania, most of it on speculation. Mericle is vertically integrated and employs more than 400 professionals in all trades, who self-perform the design and construction of the company’s buildings.
