As Linco's sister property, RaLin grew, opportunities arose to invest in and build buildings clients preferred to rent. Always willing to serve his clients, Ray was happy to build these projects. In doing so, Linco Development was formed to oversee these projects. As the portfolio grew Linco Properties, LLC was created to manage the real estate. In the early 2000s, Ray partnered with Josh Chapman to expand Linco. They began to increase the activity in the company by capitalizing on local construction opportunities and actively marketing their services. Since then, Linco has quadrupled in size and sophistication. Linco's full-service brokerage firm was brought online with the addition of Ronnie Edwards, who brought over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry. Linco Realty continues to grow by adding specialists to serve both the commercial and residential markets.
