Lilly Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management and real estate brokerage firm founded in 1979 by Ms. Lilly V. Lee. Lilly Enterprises' management subsidiary, Lilly Property Management Company, was established to manage the personal assets of the founder, however, the company eventually yielded to the numerous requests of its brokerage clients and expanded to include fee property management and real estate brokerage for multi-family, retail, office, medical office, industrial, common interest developments, condominiums and single family residential assets. They currently serve a diversified client base, which ranges from first-time property investors to financial institutions and high net worth individuals, both domestic and foreign. The market they primarily serve is Los Angeles County (Central Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, Verdugos, Westside) in addition to parts of Ventura County, Orange County and San Bernardino County.
