Rand Realty is a family-owned brokerage born in 1984 when their founder, Marsha opened her new real estate office in a small town in the Hudson Valley. More than 40 years later, they’ve grown to more than 1,200 premier local agents with offices throughout the Tri-State; in Rockland, Orange, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and the Bronx Counties in New York, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, and Union Counties in Northern and Central New Jersey, and Fairfield County in Connecticut.
