Hembree & Associates was established in 1985 in Sarasota, FL, and has been family owned and operated ever since. President, Joe R. Hembree is a commercial real estate veteran with over 40 years of industry experience. Sons, Joe C. and Kyle Hembree are both licensed Commercial Real Estate Associates and Realtors, working with some of the area’s most talented commercial realtors, brokers and property managers with a combined 200 years of experience. Most of the Hembree team has worked commercial real estate in Florida for over 15 years.
