GRC Realty Partners, LLC (GRC) is a real estate development, finance and investment firm based in New York City. GRC recently completed the development of Seven Harrison Street in Tribeca in partnership with Matrix Development and Clarion Partners. The property is a 40,000 square foot storage warehouse built in 1893 being converted to 12 luxury condominiums ranging from 2,126 to 4,229 square feet. Construction is now complete and the units are sold and closed.
