2015 marks the 50th anniversary of Grant and Partners. Established in 1965 by Tony Grant, the firm has always been based in the West End of London and quickly established a reputation for being active industrial agents and surveyors. The Practice was the first West End firm to open a permanent office in London's Docklands in the late 1980's where they quickly established themselves as lead agents on a large number of the early enterprise zone developments including advice relating to Canary Wharf. The Practice expanded into office business park and out of town retail agency in the 1990's acting for many of the main developers and retailers of the time. The Practice was acquired by four of the current equity Directors in 1995 following a restructuring. In 2006 they formed a strategic alliance with Riley Consulting, a multi disciplined construction and property consultancy, which enabled access to a network of offices throughout the UK and now internationally.
