Fulcrum Development, LLC is a privately held real estate development firm in San Antonio, Texas. The company creates mixed-use retail developments. Founded by brothers Jacques and Steve Braha in 1989, Fulcrum is involved with the development process from project inception through completion and stabilization. Their range of experience includes grocery anchored shopping centers, boutique retail centers, commercial mixed-use developments, and build-to-suits for national tenants. To date, the firm has completed over 1,750,000 square feet and currently has another 350,000 square feet under construction or in the design stage. Past work also includes the acquisition and repositioning of over 1,200,000 square feet of retail and office space in the San Antonio market. Land holding include 94 acres of fully entitled of commercial land at three prime intersections in North San Antonio.
