FHP was established in 1990 and our growth and success has enabled us to become nationally recognised by the Estates Gazette Survey, breaking into the top 100 national firms of Chartered Surveyors in our fifth year. Even now in our 25th year, we have not forgotten our origins and the fundamental reasons as to why we formed FHP. By continuing to adopt those principles we have grown to become one of the largest private commercial property consultancies within the East Midlands (some would say the largest, but one of our competitors in particular thinks that they are!).
