Enterprise Real Estate Advisors has it beginnings within the Kuzneski Agency founded by Joseph A. Kuzneski in July of 1972. Originally, the agency provided both insurance and real estate services in the Indiana, PA area. As the company evolved, the insurance and real estate services developed into two separate companies. The insurance company retained the name of Kuzneski Agency, and the real estate portion was purchased by Douglas W. Lockard on September 1, 2002. At this time, Lockard was added to the name of the agency to become Kuzneski & Lockard, Inc. On January 1, 2005, the agency was purchased by Enterprise Financial Services Group, Inc. and is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary to the holding company. As Kuzneski & Lockard Real Estate continued to grow and expand its area of service across south-western Pennsylvania, it entered into a franchise agreement with Howard Hanna Real Estate and opened a second office in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
