David Lyng Real Estate is family-owned and locally operated. David and Sally Lyng started their brokerage in 1980 with a small office in Aptos, four Realtors®, and a mission to provide a full-service brokerage focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. Since then, and under the same vision, they have organically grown their business to include nine offices spread over two counties and over 200 REALTORS®. David Lyng Real Estate prides themselves on being part of the community and supporting local businesses. Since their inception, David Lyng Real Estate has been an active member of the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS® and numerous local Chamber of Commerce and supported various local charity and nonprofit organizations. In recent years, David and Sally have welcomed their daughters, Megan and Morgan, into the business. They are honored that their daughters have chosen to follow in their footsteps.
