Center Land Properties was formed in 1964 and is a family owned and operated land development and property management company. The third generation of the family continues to develop new properties and manages/ maintains all existing properties. Our tenants have the benefit of dealing directly with a local owner versus a property manager with no real knowledge of the property or authority to negotiate leases. We take great pride in the construction and appearance of our properties. We have done several build to suits and do general contracting for owners and end users. We offer a great mix of property types, including light industrial, office/ warehouse, flex space, and retail. We strive to develop and maintain strong relationships with all of our tenants; several of which, have leased from us for over 25 years.
