Blank Aschkenasy Properties has been in the real estate development, investment, and management business in the Philadelphia area since 1972. Paul Aschkenasy, Managing Partner of Blank Aschkenasy Properties since 2004, joined the firm in 2000. Since that time BAP has built a portfolio of +/- 1,000,000 SF of retail and office space via both acquisitions and ground up construction, with several projects currently in development. In late 2014, Relative Properties, LLC was formed to acquire and operate multifamily properties in the Northeast US, leveraging the BAP operating platform. To date, Relative Properties has acquired five properties totaling +/- 800 units.
