Applewood Office Park, a real estate investment and management company, has been in the Applewood neighborhood for over 30 years, and is owned by Thomas S. Yang who has seen many changes through the years on Youngfield Street. Applewood Office Park was Thomas' first commercial office building bought from the Bank of Applewood on W32nd Ave (the old Wells Fargo location) about 35 years ago. Thomas now manages several of his own commercial, industrial and residential real estate properties in the City of Denver and in the west metro-Denver areas. Recently, the company has added to its real estate portfolio, properties and business investment in western pacific states like Oregon and Vancouver, Canada. Thomas just retired his concrete flatwork business (Applewood Quality Bldrs Inc) in June of 2016 after 32 years, to focus on real estate investment, and to spend more time fishing.
