Zoë Adey-Babinski is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in retail and industrial leasing and landlord representation. Starting her career in brokerage at Colliers and specializing in urban retail, Zoë made a significant impact in the revitalization of Toronto's West Queen West. Notable deals include Starbucks' first urban grab and go concept, Cozey's first brick and mortar flagship, Socco Living's flagship, and Dollarama's Parkdale relocation.
