Zavier Moreno manages over 1.5M square feet of office and industrial product across the U.S. Prior to joining Adler Real Estate Partners, Zavier was a Financial Analyst for Nuveen Real Estate where he was responsible for providing asset management support to their South Eastern Portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets totaling over $6B of gross asset value. Additionally, Zavier was responsible for underwriting new industrial acquisitions across the Eastern U.S.
Previously Zavier worked for Hart Advisors Group as an Assistant Director where he was part of a team that brokered new loan originations in addition to CMBS debt restructuring work. While at Hart Advisors Group, Zavier brought in their first hotel development construction loan of $32M.
Zavier holds Master of Science degrees in both Finance and International Real Estate from Florida International University. Zavier has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management and a second Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with a certificate in International Bank Management from Florida International University.
Zavier is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida and had served as vice president of professional development for Florida International University’s Real Estate Student Association. He has been a past member of ULI, CCIM, IREM, REAAC, RESA, and Miami Realtors.
