Zane Keith brings diverse experience and knowledge in design, construction, technology and migration to Savills. As a member of the Project Management team, Zane specializes in identifying workspace and facility needs to develop projected costs, schedules, feasibility and solutions of all occupancy options. His ability to manage scope formation and timing is critical to delivering the end product the client needs in a real estate transaction. Zane joined Savills from Hughes Marino where he was a Senior Project Manager leading projects across San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Prior to Hughes Marino, Zane spent a number of years as a general contractor, where he gained an essential understanding of the complex construction network from both a skilled trade and project management level. Throughout his career Zane has a proven track record of successfully completing projects for businesses of all sizes, across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors, including corporate office, gaming and core and shell projects.
