I'm a broker by title and a solution finder by occupation. For over 10 years I've been in the acquisition, disposition, recapitalization and development of primarily healthcare real estate. Since starting Schmidt Commercial Real Estate in 2015, we've closed over $150M in transactions and expanded from a boutique healthcare real estate firm to a full service brokerage that includes office and retail assets. I've worked to find real solutions for international healthcare operators, regional healthcare systems, physician groups, national credit retailers and developers as well as REITs, private equity firms and family offices.
