Zach joined Compass in 2016 after a decade in commercial real estate. As a client-focused veteran who has brokered transactions through many cycles in the business, Zach brings with him that experience and market knowledge, allowing him to deftly guide and navigate his clients through every deal. His 17 years of diligence and client-first mentality has fueled his success and led him to the forefront of the industry. He gives the same top-level service to first-time buyers, luxury sellers, and investors alike.
Zach specializes in the sale and acquisitions of residential, multifamily, and land/development properties in the greater Los Angeles area, with a keen knowledge and focus on the Eastside, Westside, and the San Fernando & San Gabriel Valleys.
Zach and his husband have two children and two very energetic black labs, and he has a passion for architecture, technology, and culinary arts.
