Mr. Ames also has experience in LIHTC (low-income housing tax credits) as well as urban development HUD transactions. His experience in underwriting and marketing properties with an extensive knowledge of the Florida markets enables him to serve his own clients with reliable and timely results. Mr. Ames has overseen the underwriting and marketing for more than $2 billion worth of multifamily properties. His ability to spot trends and create high value for his clients helped close 200+ transactions valued at over $2 billion from 2012 to 2022. Mr. Ames embraces the Franklin Street collaborative platform, allowing him to provide full service multifamily development services to his clients.
