Zach Millrood is Vice Chairman in Savills San Diego office.
Zach’s clients benefit from his keen understanding of the market and his stellar reputation in the commercial real estate community. His knowledge of major markets across California and cities nationwide helps clients in the management of their multi-market real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Savills, Zach was the executive vice president at Hughes Marino. During his 16 years at the corporate real estate advisory firm, he brought exceptional leadership and communication skills to his client relationships and transactions. Zach years of experience has provided him an understanding of how to get to the bottom line efficiently and effectively. He began his tenant representation career at Equis Corporation which focused on creating strategic real estate plans for companies with international operations. Zach’s clients represent a wide array of industries including life science, medical, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, nonprofit and education.
Zach has been recognized for his professional accomplishments including being highlighted by San Diego Metro Magazine’s “40 Under 40” class. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center. Zach is also dedicated to charitable and philanthropic activities in support of organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego, Jewish Family Services, and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
