Zach Feldman has served as a commercial real estate broker for 13 years. Before joining Colliers, he was with Katz & Associates and prior to that he spent seven years at Konover South, where he managed a portfolio encompassing 1.4 million square feet, ranging from retail development to stabilized assets, as well as tenant representation and third-party landlord representation.
Mr. Feldman has a particular talent for retail development. He excels at sourcing land parcels and collaborating with developers to pre-lease retail projects. He has expressed that one of his favorite aspects of commercial real estate is transforming a piece of land into a developed retail mix.
With extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation, he has facilitated transactions with prominent retailers such as 7-Eleven, Aldi, Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Fifth Third Bank, Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders, KFC, Publix, Planet Fitness, Sprouts, Heartland Dental, TD Bank, Starbucks, Orange Theory, Taco Bell, and Wendy’s.
Mr. Feldman graduated Summa Cum Laude with high academic distinction from Florida Atlantic University, where he dual majored in finance and real estate within the College of Business. He has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker award winner multiple times and is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
A native of South Florida, Feldman resides in Wellington with his wife and children. He is an avid football fan and enjoys watching and coaching football in his free time.
