Bio
Zach Evans grew up in Morgantown, WV and attended Trinity Christian School and West Virginia University, majoring in Business Management with a focus on finance. After graduating, Zach began his career with BB&T Bank working his way up from bank teller to Branch Banker to Mortgage Loan Officer in just over a year. After spending 5+ years as a successful Mortgage Loan Originator, Zach transitioned to a Commercia Loan Officer with First Exchange Bank in Morgantown, WV. With over 7 years of residential and commercial loan underwriting experience, Zach has learned the ins and outs of how to get deals to the finish line, closing over $10 million in commercial transactions in just 2 years. Zach also brings an extensive network of business owners and real estate investors from his time managing commercial relationships within the bank and Morgantown/Fairmont communities. He sits on the board of directors for the ACE Family Fund, an initiative to foster and reward teacher excellence in the classroom and has also been an active member in BNK (Business Networking Institute). Zach is a proud father of his son, Luke , and loves spending time enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends
