Mr. Barrett graduated from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance-Real Estate and Economics. Mr. Barrett also spent some of his undergraduate time studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Barrett joined Redwood Capital Group in August 2013 and is responsible for the initial underwriting and analyzing of all potential acquisition opportunities, including communicating with brokers to gain vital market and property-specific information, reviewing historical property operations and assisting throughout the due diligence and closing processes. In addition to his acquisitions duties, Mr. Barrett supports the Asset Management team with various analyses to help manage the portfolio more efficiently.
