I am a second generation Floridian who grew up in Pinellas County and am very involved in the beach and equestrian lifestyle. Having an affinity for my hometown and the community led me to become a Realtor in 2008. While marketing real estate, I saw a large demand for revitalizing residential and commercial properties to make my community a better place. I consider myself a strategic property marketing sales consultant, not just a Realtor.
In addition to working with residential buyers and sellers to ensure that my clients experience a smooth real estate transaction, I have specialized in the fields of revitalizing commercial and residential properties to increase profits and/or to maximize the property’s value for a potential sale. With the large increase in our senior population in Pinellas County, I became aware of the need for assistance with senior transition living. Subsequently I have received the SRES® designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist. Having the SRES® accreditation has given me the knowledge and experience to understand the complexities of senior transitioning living. My goal is to ensure that the move is smooth for everyone involved in a very emotional time. Overseeing everything from estate sales, to packing, preparing the property with any necessary upgrades so it can be listed on the market at which time I will manage the sales process and assist in the purchase of a new home.
