Yvonne is a native of California and a retired manager of Pacific Bell, specializing in supervisory and employee management, crisis and administrative management and budgets. She has been a real estate investor and property manager since 1976 and went on to obtain her real estate license in California in 1985. She was in the RE Top 100 Magazine for California State. Yvonne moved to Sarasota, Florida and earned her Florida Real Estate License in 1990. She specializes in commercial, office, retail, shopping centers, residential and condominiums. She loves all aspects of real estate and meeting customer requests and needs, including property management and maintenance for numerous clients.
