Yvan Héroux advises and guides office space users in the field of corporate real estate since 1990.
He has developed a successful career as a real estate consultant within the Cushman & Wakefield society. Then, he founded the Courtage Immobilier Corporatif Global society, for which he has been a main associate for 10 years.
Yvan Héroux specializes in negotiating rental conditions, analyzing availability, relocating as well as renewing and restructuring leases for various business categories. Since 2008, he is the acting Vice-President for NAI Terramont Commercial and has been nominated for the Best Real Estate Broker Award within the firm. Among his many accomplishments, he has negotiated many complex transactions of multiple millions of dollars by advising national and international companies.
Yvan Héroux is always passionate by the corporate real estate field and is open to sharing his knowledge.
For many years now, he occupies a seat within the Administrative Council and holds different functions within nonprofit organizations such as Generations (Tel-jeunes), the International Festival of Films on Art (IFFA) and the Château Ramezay – Museum and Historical Site of Montréal as a trustee.
