Yuri's extensive experience with leased investments, single and multi-tenant assets, re-positioning and re-development projects as well as 1031 exchanges makes him an valuable advisor to his clients.
Yuri is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a background in public accounting and corporate finance. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Yuri held the position of the Audit Senior with Deloitte & Touche, one of the world’s largest public accounting firms.
