Bio
Yuri J. Quispe brings excellent experience in developing new markets and uncovering opportunities for his clients. In 2019 and in his third year at CBRE, Yuri’s efforts closed over 23 acres in land sales in a land constrained market, resulting in the construction of over 350,000 sf of new Industrial space. Yuri leveraged a network of private investment and development firms, owner-users, and institutional investors to create value for all parties. He was a finalist for NAIOP Broker of the Year in 2019 two years after being selected as a NAIOP finalist for Rookie of the Year.
Yuri has a background in the building supply and construction industry which has provided him with extensive industry relationships. He worked on both the sales and construction sides of the business. He held his Florida Specialty Contractor License and has training in OSHA Standards, Business Procedures, Contracting Lien Laws, Accounting and Occupational / City Codes. Yuri is Peruvian-born and later spent time living in Venezuela before immigrating to the United States. His bilingual skillset and South American heritage provide a deep understanding and connection to the South Florida community.
