Graduate from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon with B.A. in History and Masters Degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, in Modem History of Europe. In 1977 Youssef entered the retail business, working his way up to management positions. With his broad retail background, Youssef joined Schneider Commercial Real Estate in 1985 and was active in retail sales and leasing in Orange County and became one of the top producing brokers in the county. On July 1, 1993 Youssef joined Bishop Hawk of Southern California as a Vice President. On August 1st, 1995 Youssef Ibrahim formed Premier Commercial Brokerage in Newport Beach, California.
Youssef provides extensive seasoned consulting services as an Asset Manager giving you confidence that your property is operating in the best capacity that will increase your long term investment.
Youssef is also very knowledgeable in shopping center rehabs and remodeling. Has worked closely with several local city and state agencies to insure compliance. Youssef has personally overseen the building of a shopping centers from the ground up as well as major reconstruction and remodeling.
