Bio
Yezen grew up in Rocky Mount, NC. His father is originally from Palestine and his mother from Nash County, NC. He has four siblings and many extended family members that they routinely gathered with on weekends and special occasions. His childhood enabled him to experience many different jobs from selling produce at his Dad's produce stand to starting his own landscaping company. Yezen attended Hampden Sydney College in VA where he graduated with an Economics Degree. Out of college he worked with the Nottingham Company as a mutual fund accountant. His entrepreneurial spirit took him down a different path where he and his Cousin opened up a chain of Dairy Queens and cell phone stores across North Carolina & South Carolina. But at his core, he always loved real estate and has always had a passion for site selections and investments. Yezen brings with him 20+ years of Commercial Real Estate transactional experience. He views every project as his own which is apparent as he always goes above on beyond for his clients. Yezen is married to Rehab Hamad and together they have three children- Zayd, Lena & Kaden. In his spare time, Yezen enjoys spending time with his family & doing anything active.
