Xochilt Bermudez worked as a processor for mortgage lending and later underwrote for Bankunited and National City until 2003 before taking her knowledge and talents to the Florida real estate market.
Xochilt was raised in NYC and moved to Miami in 1995. Her familiarization with cosmopolitan living has allowed her to stay at the forefront of the rapid growth Miami has undertaken. Throughout the years she has established relationships with a variety of members across South Florida.
Xochilt taught a mortgage finance class at FIU in 2003 and went back to school herself where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from American University in Washington DC. She possesses incredible knowledge on the Miami 21 project, which entails the redevelopment/rezoning of Biscayne corridor, Brickell, U.S 1 and the Beaches. Xochilt’s specializes in areas from Aventura east of 95 down to Pinecrest.
In her free time Xochilt volunteers with local museums, feeds the homeless and participates in different races/marathons to help for various causes. She actively donates to non-profit organizations around the area. She enjoys being active and building relationships with local business owners in her community.
