Wyatt McCulloch serves as a First Vice President on CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services team in Houston, Texas. Wyatt’s clients include companies of all sizes ranging from local one-off businesses to global Fortune 500 corporations. He specializes in strategic real estate consulting services with an emphasis on efficiency and cost savings that significantly impact his client’s financial statements. Wyatt currently manages four multi-market accounts with transaction experience in twenty states and more than a dozen international markets. During the last ten years, Wyatt has subleased over 500,000 SF of excess office space, including the two largest sublease transactions in Houston in 2016 and 2018. Other dispositions range from small rural landsites to complex hydrocarbon storage sites on the New York and New Jersey ship channels. Wyatt completed his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin and immediately began his career in commercial real estate. His strong finance and analytical skills, combined with his advanced degree and real estate experience, allow him to advise his clients clearly on how to best manage their real estate portfolios.
