Woody Sharpe joined the firm as a commercial real estate broker in 1982 and has since served in various leadership capacities with other South Carolina and Columbia-area firms. After rejoining the company several years ago, he has continued to enjoy a successful career built upon his considerable expertise and experience in South Carolina markets. Woody’s specialties are: Income Properties, Retail Leasing and Sales, Office and Industrial, Development Sites and General Commercial Buildings.
Woody’s broad range of commercial real estate experience continues to provide a tremendous resource of market knowledge and professional intensity to his clients.
Woody is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Realtor Association's Circle of Excellence. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Active in markets across South Carolina, Woody’s primary areas of focus are Columbia and the surrounding Central Midlands region.
