Although I have had my broker's license for about 30 years, I specialize in real estate appraisals of commercial properties and rarely use my real estate license. I have been a commercial real estate appraiser in the Tampa Bay Area now for over 35 years.
Education
I graduated from the University of South Florida in 1982 with a degree in Finance I obtained my real estate sales license, brokers license, and 10 years later earned my MAI designation and my State Certified General Appraisers Certification.
