Bio
Wink Ewing joined NorthMarq in August 2020 as managing director-Investment Sales in Richmond, to continue building the company’s multifamily investment sales platform across the country. With more than 16 years of experience and more than $3 billion in transactions, he has cultivated many long-lasting relationships across the Mid-Atlantic markets. Before joining NorthMarq, he spent eight years with Newmark Knight Frank Mid-Atlantic, where he led the Richmond and Norfolk, VA offices. Prior to this, he spent eight years at CBRE where he was instrumental in forming the Central Virginia Multi-Housing Group, specializing in multifamily transactions and structuring 1031 exchanges. He is a licensed broker in the state of Virginia, a member of Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate, where he has been a panelist, and studied Real Estate Finance and Investment at NYU.
