As a Florida native, Windsor has lived throughout Orange, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, giving him a prime perspective on local real estate trends. He earned his Bachelors degree in Business Management and has spent many years studying building architecture and interiors in graduate school at Florida International University, and it has become a true passion of his. His experience has given him a wealth of knowledge that enhances his skills in the real estate industry, where he has been an active professional for the past nine years. Windsor’s additional experience as an interior architecture graduate student has afforded him the knowledge to advise investors through all phases of renovation, from demolition and construction to the selection of finishes, and finally to the reselling of properties. Additionally, Windsor frequently performs consulting services for private home owners who are interested in renovation. Windsor specializes in the areas new construction including waterfront homes, luxury condominiums and estate homes. He is also an international broker, having successfully created a portfolio of international buyers. As the landscape and market continue to evolve, Windsor has a keen eye trained on the projects from renowned architects and new businesses that are bringing more development to the region.
