William joins Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate after distinguishing himself in multifamily brokerage across the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana markets. With a background in analysis, capital markets, and mortgage-backed security issuance, he brings a thorough and analytical approach to both family office and institutional clients. With a deep track record of successful outcomes on stabilized Core and Core-Plus, value-add, land, and LIHTC deals, William is well-suited to advise clients across the entire spectrum of multifamily brokerage services.
William holds a B.A. in Economics from Wofford College, where he graduated as part of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He also chaired the college’s Honor Council, overseeing the due process for academic code violations.
After stops in both Carolinas, William now lives in his hometown of Cincinnati with his wife and kids where family, faith, cooking, hunting, and his perpetually mediocre golf game keep him occupied when he isn’t working on apartment deals.
