Bio
Bill is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio and Indiana, and he offers a moving van to all his clients upon the closing of their transaction. He has been in the real estate business since 2000 and has received numerous awards for his sales volume. Bill lives in the New Paris Ohio area with his wife of forty-seven years. They have two children and three granddaughters.
Bill owns his own office in New Paris, Ohio and also works out of the Richmond, Indiana and Eaton, Ohio offices. He feels that he knows the local market better than anyone, having lived and worked in the area for many years. In addition to his work in real estate, Bill is an active member of the New Paris Chamber of Commerce, a member of the St John’s Catholic Church, and a past president of the Northwest Emergency Services Board of Trustees. He also served as a Jefferson Township Trustee for sixteen years before retiring in 2017. Prior to his work in real estate, Bill owned and operated Sweet Refuse for over twenty-one years, serving Preble, Wayne and Darke counties.
