Bill Singleton, Owner of Singleton Realty comes with over 40 years of comprehensive real estate experience. Originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; after pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina returned to his home town. His desire to become an entrepreneur led him to the real estate business. He joined forces with a real estate development company based in New Orleans, LA and was responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales of eight resort developments located in the South and Southwest each containing over 1,000 acres. Through his aptitude of tenacity, dedication and competitive spirit his track-record of success during his tenure as a Real Estate Broker has led him to over $1.75B of sales volume.
Throughout his career, Bill has had the privilege to work exclusively with VIP clientele, brokers and investors nationally and internationally to meet their real estate investment needs. Moreover, he has been responsible for land acquisition, design, and development of many residential communities.
Bill is an active member of the Local, State and National Association of Realtors. In addition, he volunteers and serves as an Adviser to the Board of Directors for Amigos Unidos, “Friends United” a non-profit organization helping third world countries with clothing and school supplies for children.
When not at work, Bill loves watching football and is an avid South Carolina Gamecock fan. On his down time, he enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with friends and family, but most importantly embracing every moment he has with his six grandchildren.
